I interviewed with three people (one of them was very long winded). The interview took 55 minutes. The next evening, I received a phone call from HR asking me for the expiration date of my work document. As I looked for it, he talked going to a coffee shop and asked me where I am from. That was weird. When I got the offer the next day, I asked a few questions pertaining to my concerns about the company reviews and he did not have anything positive to say about the internal work culture or dynamic. He said that no one is perfect including three generations in his family and gave me a philosophical speech even though I agreed with him and made it clear I wasn't looking for perfectionism. I declined the position because of the lack of transparency and overall confusion. It felt like my questions weren't answered and I was given the run-around. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits employers from asking about ethnicity, race and national origin. The overall process was very uncomfortable.

The phone screen was pleasant, but the in person interview was longer than expected. You interview with almost every office admin on the current team. I wish they had told me how long to expect the interview process in the beginning.

The Behavior Specialist interview was short and straight-forward. I had one interview with HR which consisted of situational questions, questions about my availability and hourly rate expectations, followed by my desired start date.
