Was over the phone. The lady I spoke with was basically in a call center, and it was so hard to hear her over everyone else in the background. She only asked me the scripted questions and wasn't very personable. Upon realizing I wouldn't be available to work until later in the year due to relocating, she cut the interview short and scheduled another interview for later. This was fine, but she didn't allow me to ask any of the questions I had, and then just ended the call. My interview lasted 11 minutes... 11. It didn't make me feel valued, so I didn't want to work there if that was the initial interview process.

Very easy and simple. Starts off with about a 15ish minute phone call to see if they want to schedule an online interview. Once you get to the online interview, they will ask about availability, previous experience, why you want to work with kids on the spectrum. After those questions, they do some role playing scenarios. The questions are not hard at all!

Very thorough description of the job and company. Overall good Zoom interview experience. Easy questions to answer. Only took 30 minutes and job was offered on the spot. I was also asked what might be the most challenging about starting the position or going through the training
