Began with phone screening. Received an interview the next day. Interview was comfortable and felt more like a conversation. Briefly did a situational roleplay. Was offered a job a week later.

The interview process was very easy. I was asked about my availability and provided expectations regarding the position. They had options for in home and a center. The job description explained the job duties. They let me know there was a virtual training and then field training after that.
