Applied online and scheduled a phone interview. Once I passed the phone interview a video interview was scheduled within 3 days of the phone interview. I received the offer on the day of the second interview.

1st interview is with HR, 2nd interview is with HR, branch manager, and CEO of member relations.
All hiring agents were kind. Easy process. Communication is timely and professional.
