(1) Phone interview 15 min (2) Assignment: Customer Service question, Excel CPA optimization question, and SQL query question (3) Three-hour In-person interview with three different individuals including the hiring manager + the sole trader on the team. (4) Final Interview: Phone interview. Overall the interview process went well. The people who work there and the product is incredibly interesting. However, when I didn't get the offer I asked for feedback and got a very canned response from the recruiter. I understand you can't give feedback to everyone, but when you make it to final interview you want to know why they didn’t choose you... I was given the answer, "We can't give individual feedback to everyone..." I also tried connecting with the hiring manager and a few other people who I interviewed with to try to get feedback and got complete silence. I think it’s unacceptable to not give feedback to final interviewees. I devoted many hours to researching and interviewing with the company.
