1st initial phone interview. Was told I would have 3 more interviews if I “passed” the initial. The interview lasted 15 minutes. He asked me questions I had already answered in the previous statements. Truly felt like he was paying attention to his next question instead of my answers. He asked me if I had any questions and I professionally asked (as I do and it’s important for an applicant to know) base salary or hourly pay. He said he doesn’t discuss pay on the first interview. After that, I said, ok thank you for your time… and I allowed him to close the interview knowing I don’t want to work for a company that requires 45-50 hours of my time but won’t discuss pay. As an experienced manager, I’ve never not answered a question about pay, even if the answer is vague. It’s up to the employer to get an applicant excited about a position… frankly, interviewers should be aware they are being interviewed, as well.
Don’t be afraid to ask about pay… it’s your time and hard work.
Had to jump on 3 separate video interviews, but they were all straightforward. They want to recap your Career history, review your Skills, and lastly the Q &A. Overall, the entire process took 1.5 weeks.

Had a phone interview and moved to an in person interview with the DM. Both interviews went very well, as they both were very friendly and made the process stress free.

Recruiter didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the company or the job description. Didn’t seem to come with prepared questions. Didn’t seem happy about having to interview. Recruiter repeatedly coughed into the phone without any apologies. Made me not want to finish the interview.
