Senior HR and CEO (Belgrade office) seemed very friendly (CEO’s second sentence upon introduction was that she had been married for 10 years), the process took several interviews (first was 2 hours long, second almost as long, the third was with the founder) and after multiple phone calls from them, once the interview with the founder was done I barely heard back. It took several emails to get a reply.
