Went through two interviews in which I was asked about my knowledge of biology and electronics. I was also asked about my experience working with customers. They gauge your communication skills and knowledge of laboratory procedures.

Very long and drawn out. Takes 2 phone interviews to get you in the door then you have to interview with 7 people. Overall quick process for me. The hiring company they use are very help through the whole process

Entretien
Management was forthcoming regarding the expectations of the CTS position. Was given the opportunity to share my troubleshooting skills in a comfortable and inviting environment. Was given a tour of the area where a CTS would fulfill the job requirements. Interviewer was cordial, professional and friendly.
