The process started with a phone screen with the recruiter. This was 30 minutes and consisted of some behavioral questions, a full run through of the job description and a quick highlight of benefits.
The next part of the interview was a phone screen with the Regional Manager. This is also about 30 minutes and consisted of; behavioral questions, a in depth job description, a full highlight of benefits and pay structure as well as an opportunity to ask questions.
After the 2 phone screens there is a face-to-face 1hr interview with the Regional Manager. This meeting is more of the same; behavioral questions, a walk through work history, more details around the job and answer any new questions.
The last round was a face-to-face interview with the Director at their headquarters in Downers Grove, IL. This is about an hour interview and consists of different mix of questions including behavioral and straight forward questions as well.
Overall the process took a little more than a month. The recruiters were very helpful and feedback was always prompt.
