I applied online. When I got a call, I was scheduled for an interview 3 to 4 weeks out. The interview was a 4 hour process with HR and a few hiring managers/engineers. I met with each of them individually. We went into great detail about the company culture, the job, and the benefits. I was told I would be contacted no sooner that 2 weeks with either a phone call with an offer or an email with no offer and they followed through with a phone call.

Normal interview and then dinner with a manager. The process was very bland and normal. Most of the people did not want to be conducting interviews, it seemed, but it was painless.

4 interviews on one day. Each 1-on-1. Finger printed. I was told I would hear back in 2 weeks. It's been longer than 4 and no information. They continuously talk about honestly but don't follow that themselves.
