Was not a difficult interview process as I had worked with the Bechtel team as part of another company. It was very difficult for Bechtel to hire someone from the outside coming in at a manager level. The culture is somewhat suspicious of outsiders

after the online application i was invited for a online teams call which consisted of 13 questions related to project controls. Then a face to face presentation a couple of weeks after on a a subject topic

Entretien
I found the interview process to be relatively straightforward. I met with a group of individuals including the market manager, national lead, local leads as well as some construction and engineering forks. They were demanding but fair in their quesiotning. I had a relatively pleasant interviewing experience and only had one interview before receiving an offer.
