In a project-first interview process, the interview begins with greetings and an overview of the company and role, followed by a structured outline of the interview. The candidate then presents a relevant past project, detailing the goals, their role, technologies used, and outcomes. The interviewer asks in-depth questions to understand the candidate's problem-solving abilities, technical skills, and decision-making processes, including how they overcame challenges. Afterward, the candidate briefly discusses their background and answers behavioural questions to assess cultural fit and soft skills through situational examples.
Given a case study in a virtual session held before the 1 to 1 interview. In the interview, behavioural questions and talked about the given case study before ending. Nice experience.

Entretien
The interview was conducted in a professional and courteous manner. It began with a clear self-introduction, followed by a structured case analysis where I explained my reasoning step by step. Several behavioral questions were asked, allowing me to demonstrate adaptability, teamwork, and communication skills while maintaining respectful and engaging interaction.
