I got a phone call from a recruiter from Beca asking for a time for an interview, the interview was the same week. I went to the office and I met with the team manager and a senior designer. The meeting lasted around 30 to 40 minutes. We talked about my previous experiences and what I wanted in a new job.

The interview lasted about one hour: intro, background questions, role questions, then Q&A. They were very friendly, so relax. Prepare time-management examples and a few clear project stories beforehand too.
