Had three rounds of interviews, plus a fill-in-questionnaire at the very beginning of the process.
The hiring process happened fast and smoothly. At the end of each round of the interview, the next steps were explained clearly and thoroughly. The interviewers were curious and professional but super friendly.

Got a google form a few days after application. Had data science relevant questions like a pst projects, familiarity with tools, etc. But it also had non-data science questions. Didn’t get the point of asking “do you follow us on LinkedIn” (seems like a way to get more followers on LinkedIn through the recruitment process). NO RESPONSE EVER SINCE. Not even a generic rejection. I sent another follow up email, personally addressed to the sender, to express my interest, but of course it was in vain. If my response doesn’t meet your expectation, direct and candid communication is still fine. I’ve seen similar comments here on Glassdoor, so seems to lack basic respect towards candidates.
