A 3rd party recruiter reached out initially over LinkedIn, then I spoke with 2 partners in separate interviews, 3rd round was a super day in person with a panel interview (3 interviewers) and 2 one-on-one interviews. The last round, which I didn't make it to, would have been a case interview where I would have had to explain my strategy for building the data & analytics practice and selling to clients.
