Three rounds of interviews, first general background chat, then case, the third one being interviewed by a team leader. Took several weeks for them to come back with an offer, waiting was the only cons I can think of.

Question 1
What do I know about the company and its values? Why should they hire me. What I can bring to the team. What kind of challenges have I faced and what I learned from there/how I tackled them.
Case was about retail scenario, some calculation tasks involved.
The process starts with an email invitation from HR, followed by an initial HR screening interview to discuss the candidate's background and cultural fit. It was a 30-minute conversation focused on the motivation, salary expectations, and high-level experience.

- 30 min d’échange où j’ai pu poser des questions sur les équipes et Bearing Point
