The interviewer called over the phone from a different state (which was kinda sketchy) and conducted the interview while driving. I've always done interviews face to face so I assumed at first he was calling in order to set up an appointment or something, but nope.

over the phone and any monkey can pass. If you have no experience they will offer the min if you have experience they will offer the max. they don't check so just say you have tons of experience

Pass drug screen and background check, and you are hired; after on the job, found out much more of what was expected and found many on the team that did not have a clue what they were doing. Seems like if you can talk and somewhat walk, they will hire you.
