They asked questions and seemed to like and engage with me. I thought it went well since we had a great conversational flow. Then they started acting impatient as if they did not have time to interview. Their feedback was completely negative and I could tell they did not even listen to my discussion on how I am extremely used to exceeding metric goals (which is what they were looking for).

There was a 3 step interview process. Each interview I never felt like I was being interviewed, I felt like I was just talking to a friend and that’s how I knew I’ll love this job.
