Very professional office interview by the district manager who explained the company history as well as the position details. The benefits were explained as well. We walked the store and it was a very comfortable interview. The interview lasted for approximately an hour. She asked about my experience in the retail industry and what I did in my previous jobs. The interview went very well and I was impressed with the company.
The interview questions were pretty basic. They ask why do you want to work for bealls, what is the process look like when you train someone. Have you ever had to deescalatea challenging situation.

It was fast and to the point. I got offered a job the next day. the interview was the easiest I had in a while. The District Manager was very informative.

Interview was easy. Basic questions. The job was listed as a Store Manager but it was actually for a
Asst. Manager. I did't receive a call from the DM with any feedback from the interview even 3 weeks later after I emailed the DM with some kind of response.
