Unpleasant and wasteful interview process. The job posted was in an industry that only has three companies in my area that focus on the industry. I worked at one of the companies and did not want to go back to that company's poor cultural and job environment. The recruiter did not know the end client's name. The recruitment process is broken if the recruiter does not know the end client. I noted repeatedly that I did not want to work at the particular company. I went into the interview and asked promptly the end client and the interviewer named the company I did not want to return to for any type of employment. The interview lasted three minutes and an utter waste of my time.
