Had a telephone interview then an in person interview. They seemed to like me and the interview process was professional and straight forward, but they seemed to have so many questions.

A lot of overqualified people applied and were all rejected . The interview comprised of several stages, starting with 60min group interview, immediately followed by IQ and personality tests. The second interview was next week, out of 14 initial candidates 2 made it to that stage and were both hired.
