I was applied through a referral and was immediately approached by the recruiter within a day or two of application. After which I had a 30 minute video interview with the hiring manager. I was selected to move forward and with interviewed with around 6 senior clinical operations members. The questions mainly revolved around my current work experience. The team asked me to provide examples for the responsibilities I had listed in my CV, mostly situational questions. Every person I spoke to made me feel at ease allowing me to perform at my full potential . The interviewers were definitely very passionate about their work and the company. I received an offer within a week of interviewing and everything moved quickly.
