trial shift, trialled on all areas first floor then barback then practice free pouring on bar, afterwards secondary interview. they don't normally inform you on the day but they will imply if you have gotten the job especially if its for another venue.

Entretien
Applied online, then was sent an email asking for me to come in for an interview. After that I was asked to pop in for a trial shift (since I already was working somewhere else that was around a week after the interview) the trial shift consisted of barbacking and practicing free pouring as well as getting shown around the place. Then a few days after that I received my confirmation and had to fill out a few forms then got the contract the next day
Did a trail shift first that only consisted of cleaning glass and telling people about drink offer. Also have to learn some stuff by heart and the take a test.
After that I was asked to there office for an interview
