Entretien
I think there were about 4 interviews in total (including the recruiter). Everyone was very nice. None of the questions were tough. It felt like there were no right or wrong answers. They were trying to gauge how you approach problems than a right way to approach problems. But honestly, it felt like they were pumping me for information on what my current company handles customer service. Like they were looking for ideas on how to handle their own customer service team.

I don't remember most of them. One was writing an email to a client explaining how to add a menu. One of the interviews were all questions like, tell me about one time when you.... The last interview were logic questions.
