Very unprofessional without concern for the interviewee. Quite a lengthy phone interview process with multiple department heads concluding with a group/panel online presentation. The presentation topic is much too vague. They say base it on what you understand about the company culture - yet you get penalized for not having complete product knowledge (how are you supposed to have product knowledge without training?).
