Three people, the director of the department, the COO and staff person. All three were kind and professional. Interview took over one hour. They took the time to ask important questions about culture and diversity in the workplace. They explained the org chart and job description. Each person took turns asking questions and all three took notes. They made me feel comfortable and that made it easy to answer the questions.

Tell me a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it? Tell me about a time you disagreed with a co-worker and how you resolved it. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and the steps you took to correct it. They asked about hiring, my style of managing, interpersonal relationships, budget and technical skill.

Entretien
Standard screening process, and then the panel interview using the STAR method, then manager interview. Overall it was an easy process, and the questions were fairly easy to answer. Not a lot of curveballs.

Entretien
The interview process was straightforward. I submitted an application, and then I received phone calls and emails from the HR. Did behavior interview, met the management team, seems to be a good fit. Then we negotiated salary over the phone and emails. Then you will be asked to join different orientations and corporate training sessions.
