The interview process consisted of two people. The two people present were the Nurse Manager and Nurse Supervisor. The leadership asked behavioral questions and wanted you to give an example.

Very straight forward with a peer interview after. Overall was a good experience other than some issues initially with connecting online for the interview. The team goes over basic behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit.

The interview process was very easy, I will say the manager I interviewed with was not who I ended up working under. My management changed three times in the first year and by the time I was leaving this position they had dissolved my department (float rewards) as a whole.
