The interview was simple. Basic "describe yourself" and "describe a time when you faced a challenge.." . The hiring manager was very kind, yet transparent on her expectations of the ideal candidate. It was a pleasant experience overall.

Great people! I felt at ease, even with answering the interview questions. They really took the time to get to know me, my interests and background. The position/team and day to day details were explained in depth. I felt as if I was already part of the team. Prepare questions to ask. The interview was via teams/video.

Behavioral questions: situation, action, result. Interviewed with 2 different people. Very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and outlined what their ideal hiring process would look like. Took no more than 30 minutes.
