Phone interview followed by in person. Very friendly and had good conversation for our first interview. Talked more about the clinic atmosphere and culture. Able to observe PTs in the clinic to get an idea of their sessions and culture in person as well.

Easy interview questions and straight forward. You only need 2 rounds of interview and they will give you the offer. They also ask abt your transportation, schedule, and everything else

The interview process is great. You initially speak with an HR rep in order to discuess your background in the field and in order to give her an idea of what salary you would be interested in. After speaking with an HR rep, she sets you up with an in person interview with the clinic manager and she then follows up with how the interview went. Entire process was great!
