Two interviews. Sat down with office manager and was asked preliminary interview questions and some experience based questions. Then invited to a second interview where I met with an account manager who took me to a coffee shop and asked similar competitive/sports minded questions and went over job details.

You will be lied to for about an hour. Then come in for another session of lies. Then, start the job and think about calling your old boss and begging to work at your old place.
