Technically I did not have a face to face interview. I had an interview over the phone that last about 30 minutes. They used my references as a key tool. After the initial phone interview, I waited about 2 weeks and got a phone call with an offer. I accepted the offer and then I was given a start date to arrive at the hotel. Down fall to the offer is that they gave me a one week notice before I had to go.
