Very easy, lots of fluff to hide the negatives, like spending $15k/yr on car fuel and maintenance without any reimbursements. Ultimately HR is in charge and doesn't know the job well enough to hire the right people.

Zoom meeting with manager. Got to know each other and explained the duties of the job. I was curious on the average salaries and that was also disclosed. Couldn’t have asked for a more sleek interview
