Group interview with 6 other people with very general questions about how you would handle situations and working in teams with a co-manager. Each person picked a product from the store and had to say why he/she chose it.
It was simple just like any other retail interview and it was a one step interview and started working like a week later. Floor set is once a month and I was a favorite at my store so I was brought in as a regular sales associate/ floor set team
