Called to set up and interview. Was not told if it would be group or not. Turned out it was group. Arrived and waited to be interviewed with one other person. A little disorganized, but it was a hectic time about to go into the Christmas season.

Fairly easy, i applied online and got a call back like 3 weeks after. The interview was pretty short, the interviewer just asked my availability, about my experience and lastty about the company values and why i want to work there.
an initial phone screen, followed by an in-person interview with a hiring manager or multiple managers. The questions focus on your experience, qualifications, and your ability to handle customer service and Sales

Entretien
Very simple and to the point, They asked about experiences within part-time fields and I talked about them. I was able to get a good grasp of the company and how they operate while also gaining hands on experience.
