Asked basic questions on retail experience and how you would fit in. Shown a video on sales transactions and interactions with customers. Had to pick out what would be done differently and what you thought was wrong.

Nothing to difficult if you are already experienced in retail.
Very superficial, they will rate you out of 10 on looks and more before they decide to hire you. There is no office so interviews are conducted in the back store in a crammed area with no privacy.

Friendly, laid-back interview process. Mine was one-on-one, but I know they do group interviews from time to time. Picked out my favorite thing in the store and did a sales pitch for it during the interview.
