Easy going, 1 phone interview that was 30 min and then call back within the week for the response. They let you know if they will hire you or not and the communication is very thorough. The interview process does not take long and if you have any questions they provide with all the contact information
Very superficial, they will rate you out of 10 on looks and more before they decide to hire you. There is no office so interviews are conducted in the back store in a crammed area with no privacy.

They ask a few questions about why you want to work there and the store and stuff like that and regarding products you may like. It was pretty chill and just try your best and it will go well

Friendly, laid-back interview process. Mine was one-on-one, but I know they do group interviews from time to time. Picked out my favorite thing in the store and did a sales pitch for it during the interview.
