I was offered an interview by a Customer Sales Lead upon turning in my application and the interview was scheduled for the next week. My interview consisted of a small group (myself and one other woman) with the Store Manager. We were each given a chance to answer questions about our previous work experience, availability, et cetera. We were asked also about our favorite products. It lasted about 30 minutes. They called me about two weeks later to offer me a position.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
