There was a group interview in which 5 of us were asked questions and were all given an opportunity to respond. The interview lasted less than 30 minutes. After receiving a call back, there was a group training process with the other people from the interview who got called back.

The interviewer was a very friendly person who made it easy to have a conversation with. The interview took place in her office in the back of the store. She scheduled my interview at a time when the store was dead in order to give me as much time as possible.
