Submitted a resume and filled out an application. Received a phone call a few days later and came in for a group interview with two other applicants. We were asked typical interview questions, a few were centered on customer service, why we wanted to work there, etc.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
