Their application is online so I just printed it, filled it out, and turned it in at a later time. I had called to tell them I had filled it out and set up a time to come in the store and speak to the hiring manager.

What is your favorite product in the store and why? They ask you to walk around and choose two of your favorite products before the interview starts and then you have to tell the interviewer why you picked them.
Very superficial, they will rate you out of 10 on looks and more before they decide to hire you. There is no office so interviews are conducted in the back store in a crammed area with no privacy.

Friendly, laid-back interview process. Mine was one-on-one, but I know they do group interviews from time to time. Picked out my favorite thing in the store and did a sales pitch for it during the interview.
