Applied online on a Thursday morning, received a call for an interview offer on Friday, which was a group interview with myself and two other girls. Had the interview on Monday in a little section of the mall where people hang out. Discussed personal interests as well as asking and answering questions with different scenarios and how we would deal with them. It was basically a rush to be the first person to answer. Always smile, add a joke here and there, be honest and laugh and talk with the other fellow people interviewing. After 30 minutes of question's we headed back up to the store and discussed hours. The manager then told us that we would maybe receive a call by 8:00pm that day or sometime the following day. I received the job offer the following day.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
