Very low key and no pressure. Try and know their products and use them before the interview. They will ask you about your favorite fragrance. They like people who are bubbly and open so try to be yourself but also very cheerful.

Very superficial, they will rate you out of 10 on looks and more before they decide to hire you. There is no office so interviews are conducted in the back store in a crammed area with no privacy.

Friendly, laid-back interview process. Mine was one-on-one, but I know they do group interviews from time to time. Picked out my favorite thing in the store and did a sales pitch for it during the interview.
