Make sure you arrive at least 5-10 minutes early and dress appropriately. Don't forget to do a little research about the company and their products. The questions are straightforward, just take your time to think about your answer. It was a group interview, so whenever you were ready to speak, you spoke. Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
