she gave me a pack of paper to read, detailing the job description and requirements. the interview was not long at all was maybe 10 to 15 minutes long. She was vey nice but I could tell that she was really busy and needed someone right away.

Interview was relatively simple, mostly asking about past experiences, not necessarily ones related to the specific position. The job offer came about an hour after the interview (they needed to boost staff numbers for the busy season), and afterward there was a 3rd party background check as well.
