Entretien
These people are resume shoppers, looking to fill quotas and demographics while wasting your time. I was contacted for an interview and told I was "very desirable". Two interviewers walked in, talking to each other, did not acknowledge me. I introduced myself first. They said hello and continued their conversation to the end. Every question I answered, they talked to each other about the answer instead of talking to me. After about ten minutes, another interviewer came in. This one was attentive and asking some good questions and gave good information about the position. After a few days, I inquired. I was told they still had "many interviews" to do. I looked them up online and noticed they are continually posting, removing, and reposting the very position I interviewed for. I went through my Indeed profile, and noticed I had denied a few requests from them before. These requests were anything from an installer to sales to marketing. Things I do not have any experience or interest in. It hit me that they shop around and aren't very serious about their candidates. Thank you for wasting my time and gas.
