Multiple phone conversations with recruiters part of operations and management personnel. Email exchanges with HR talent acquisition advisors followed by a phone call with these same advisors. Within a week I was invited to visit the plant in St. Eustache. The factory tour introduced me to some of the management personnel on site ( plant director and continuous improvement advisor). They carefully listened to my experiences to determine if my profile matched the type that would benefit the engineering team.
