The HR person is easygoing. Some BQ about my background and related projects. Also, a question about why you want to join the company. The position seems canceled so I didn't get the second round interview.

Entretien
The interview process is pretty standard. First is a phone screening with HR. Basic background questions and questions about why you want to work at Bastian. Next is a video interview with some engineers and a manager. about an hour long. asked me questions about my resume and my day to day duties at my current job. As far as technical questions go it was just why I did stuff the way I did in my projects or what kind of tech stack did I use and why.

1 phone interview, 2 in person. All interviews basically asked the same things but by different people. Some people seem to really know and others seems to just ride the wave.
