Phone and then person to person asked about experience and if I would be able to work on holidays and weekends. They asked about salary and if had a dependable vehicle. They briefed about insurance and benefits.

Two managers asked basic questions off of a couple of papers. One talked, one wrote down my responses. Once I had passed the initial phase of the interview, I was taken to the HRC's office and made an offer for the position.
