Started at the job fair. Interview was 3 minutes long. The interviewer did not look at nor want to look at my resume. This was the first step to ensure those applying were the right fit. Passed and went on to another interview a few weeks later. Next interview was meeting with the Managers and General Manager of the store. Interviews are still going on. Said they will reach out after they complete all interviews and give an offer.

Behavioral Based questions, nothing about personal strengths or character. Questions consisted of" tell me a time when...." Found the process to be very cut and dried, interviewer did nothing to set a tone, simply read the questions and made notes.
