Confusing about where you are even supposed to go to interview. You then have to spend 10min filling out an application. I only interviewed with one person but most have had 2 or 3

I met with what ended up being my manager. He was amazing, he was more interested in just talking then feeling like Q&A. He explained the job in better detail and then asked me if I thought it was a good job for me. Very comfortable, quick and got the offer the next day
